About Koyata Sdn Bhd
Cube Co-Working is delighted to commemorate the extraordinary journey of Koyata Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian garment manufacturing company founded in 1984. With a focus on the wholesale of clothing, manufacturing, importing, exporting, and trading of all kinds of garments and apparel, as well as freight transport by road, Koyata has been a driving force in the Malaysian textile and apparel industry for four decades.
Koyata’s expansion necessitated a private office, and Cube Co-Working proved to be the perfect fit. Cube’s private offices offered the ideal blend of privacy and personalisation, creating a workspace that perfectly suited the business’ needs.

After decades of operation, Koyata Sdn Bhd’s once-bustling manufacturing factory began to feel cramped. The old industrial machinery was dismantled, and the interior was gutted and remodeled.Â
The company has also planned to open a new branch to grow the business and dominate the market. Therefore, the need for larger and more efficient workspace became increasingly apparent.
To the brand new office expansion in Kuala Lumpur!
Koyata’s expansion to Kuala Lumpur required a workspace that could accommodate both privacy and collaboration. Cube Co-Working’s private offices offered the ideal solution, providing a secluded workspace within a vibrant shared community.
As Koyata’s team grew, Cube’s scalable solutions ensured they had the space to expand comfortably. This balance of personal and collaborative space has been essential to the business’ ongoing success.
